This website is a handful of static pages. There is nothing to fill in on it: no forms, no accounts, no chat window. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics, ad pixels or tracking scripts.

Email and what happens to it

The only way to reach the hotel through this site is the address [email protected]. When you write, we see what any email shows: your name, your address and the message. We read it to answer you and for nothing else.

We keep a conversation for 18 months after the last message so that a later stay can pick up where the first one left off. After that it is deleted. Email addresses are never sold, never handed to marketers and never put on a mailing list.

Things we won't ask for

The hotel will never ask you by email for a password, a card number or a scan of an ID document. If a message that seems to come from us asks for one of those, don't reply to it, and forward it to the address above so we know.

Hosting

The company that hosts these pages keeps ordinary server logs, such as IP address, time and the page requested, to keep the site up and to block abuse. We don't use those logs to build profiles of visitors.

Deleting a conversation

To have your emails removed sooner, write to [email protected] and say so. We'll delete the thread and confirm in one short reply.
